    ALEXANDRO “Concrete actions for improving conservation of the Kentish plover”

    Call for assistance in the creation and management of the Web page and for the preparation of the WebGis platform of the LIFE ALEXANDRO Project

    The following private entities may participate in this call, in a single or associated form:

    1. Third Sector Bodies (TSB) pursuant to Legislative Decree 117/2017 (associations, foundations, philanthropic bodies, association networks, social cooperatives).
    2. Private (for-profit) companies established in the form of corporations or partnerships.
    3. Social enterprises, including social cooperatives.

    All entities must have been established for at least 12 months and be in compliance with their contribution and tax obligations.

    The participating entity must certify through a CV that, in the last 5 years, it has performed at least 5 services similar to the one entrusted to it, relating to:

    • design and/or implementation of WebGIS platforms;
    • management, analysis and publication of territorial and environmental data;
    • development of geographic information systems for environmental purposes.

    With particular reference to naturalistic, faunal or environmental monitoring data.

    The participating subject shall demonstrate proven experience in the study, monitoring or management of wildlife, with particular reference to species of conservation interest and shall have at least 1 documented experience relating to the species Anarhynchus alexandrinus, as part of monitoring, management or conservation activities.

    The participating entity shall indicate the names of the professionals/technicians, constituting the working group, responsible for carrying out the activities, specifying for each role and performance assigned, educational and professional qualifications and experience relevant to the requirements required. The working group shall include at least

    • a GIS/WebGIS expert with experience in developing geographic platforms
    • an expert zoologist with proven experience in monitoring and managing wildlife, preferably coastal birds.

    The participating entity shall submit a technical proposal which shall be evaluated in the evaluating committee.

    Remuneration: 12,000 € including VAT and contribution charges.

    Selection by titles and evaluation technical proposal. The decision will be taken unquestionably by the evaluating committee.
